In this week's episode of Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer and crew are in Sheridan, Colorado to rescue VFW Post 9644. This episode is meant to coincide with Memorial Day in the United States. VFW Post 9644 has seen membership decrease like many other VFW's around the country and they are hoping to turn things around. There will be a new post commander and they would like to satisfy the older members of the VFW while bringing in some new younger members.
During the Bar Rescue makeover, Jon Taffer obviously didn't change the name of VFW Post 9644. Let's take a look at some information, reviews, and updates for VFW Post 9644 since Bar Rescue came and made all of the changes to the bar (All reviews are post-Bar Rescue):

Jon Taffer obviously decided to keep the name of VFW Post 9644 as he has done with all the previous VFW makeovers. There aren't too many reviews for VFW Post 9644 but they are all positive and mention a welcoming environment. It seems they are happy with the makeover as they are sharing the previews and are having a watch party at the bar. As this makeover was for a non-profit organization and not a failing bar, VFW Post 9644 will not be included in the Bar Rescue statistics on the Bar Rescue Updates page.
