Bar Rescue - The Shattered Bar (Eliphino Dive and Dine) Update

On this week's episode of Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer and crew are in Las Vegas, Nevada to rescue Eliphino Dive and Dine. Eliphino is owned by John McDonnell who supposedly makes more enemies than friends at his bar.  Jon Taffer does recon with a former employee Casey and the kitchen is not being used at the bar due to leasing it out to somebody else.  The owner John also tells Jon Taffer that he feels he is perpetually one step away from a panic attack.

During the Bar Rescue makeover, Jon Taffer decided to change the name of Eliphino Dive and Dine to The Shattered Bar and the bar did keep the name.  However, the bar has already closed before this episode aired.  Let's take a look at some information, reviews, and updates for The Shattered Bar since Bar Rescue came and made all of the changes to the bar (All reviews are post-Bar Rescue):

Bar Rescue - The Morgue (Kiva Lounge & Bar) Update

On this week's episode of Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer and crew are in San Marcos, Texas to rescue Kiva Lounge & Bar.  Kiva Lounge & Bar is owned by "two burnout rockers" Miles and Henry who have supposedly lost $200,000 in two years.  While Jon Taffer is there, he discovers a sweaty chef that is unsanitary and owners that do not care enough about their business.  The bartenders at Kiva Lounge & Bar also can't make a basic drink such as a daiquiri.

During the Bar Rescue makeover, Jon Taffer decided to change the name of Kiva Lounge & Bar to The Morgue.  Several months after the makeover, the bar changed their name from The Morgue back to Kiva Lounge & Bar. Let's take a look at some information, reviews, and updates for The Morgue/Kiva Lounge & Bar since Bar Rescue came and made all of the changes to the bar (All reviews are post-Bar Rescue):

Bar Rescue - UNLV Episode

On this weeks episode of Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer is in Las Vegas, Nevada to try to help UNLV hospitality students get ready for the real world in just one week.  This is a special episode where he isn't helping a struggling bar, so there will not be much of an update for this episode.  If you are interested in watching a long preview video of the episode, there is one on the Paramount YouTube page.

I figured I would do a post in case anybody wanted to discuss this episode.  Also if anything is worthy of an update after the episode airs, I will update this post.
