Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer and crew are in San Juan, Puerto Rico to rescue Shibo. Shibo is a Latin-Asian fusion restaurant that was destroyed during Hurricane Maria. It has been closed for seven months and the owners do not have the money to fix up the restaurant to reopen. When Jon is there, he finds that Shibo doesn't have damage that is that bad and thinks the owners may not have even tried to fix it up to reopen.
