Brother's Smokehouse (Jon's Goodtime Bar & Grill) - Bar Rescue Update

In this week's episode of Bar Rescue, the show is in Inkster, Michigan to rescue Jon's Goodtime Bar & Grill.  This is another rescue where Jon Taffer is not present, but Phil Wills is doing the rescue.  The bar is owned by three lifelong friends and despite there being multiple owners, things are still being neglected at the bar.  The grease in the fryers is old and black and the bar has a fly trap visible despite having an open kitchen that customers can see.

Royal Street (Daq Shack) - Bar Rescue Update

In this week's episode of Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer and crew are in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to rescue Daq Shack.  The bar is a daquiri bar that doesn't offer many other drinks or cocktails.  The bar is pretty clean, but the owners do not seem to know how to run a bar.  They also are missing the mark with their New Orleans theme.  Jon will need to redesign their concept in hopes the bar succeeds.

SandTown Pub (JJ's Chicken Bar) - Bar Rescue Update

In this week's episode of Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer and crew are in Atlanta, Georgia to rescue SandTown Pub.  The owner Fredericka Jones decided to open the bar in 2017 after working in the fast food industry for 40 years. Fredericka is not there too often and the staff is untrained and undisciplined, so she has turned to her daughter Amber to help manage the bar.  Fredericka is supposedly $200,000 in debt and has cashed in her 401k to help open the bar.  SandTown Pub is in danger of closing which would cause her to lose everything.

Bar Rescue - Casual Tap Update

On tonight's episode of Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer and crew are in Chicago, Illinois to try to rescue Casual Tap.  Casual Tap is owned by Steve Magana who is a full-time fire fighter in Chicago.  The time constraints of working all day and also having a bar are hurting his bar business. He is supposedly losing $4,000 a month and if his bar went under, he would supposedly be $700,000 in debt.  The bar has been closed for three months, but he is hoping Bar Rescue can turn things around.  Steve's daughter also has a 50% chance of having Huntington's disease, which causes progressive breakdown of nerve cells in the brain and always results in death.
