Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer and crew are in Hayward, California to try to rescue Russell City Grill. Russell City Grill is a bar located in the industrial part of Hayward without much competition around. The bar once had sales of about $50,000 a month, but is now supposedly $280,000 in debt due to bad ownership and bad customer service.
During the Bar Rescue makeover, Jon Taffer decided to change the name of Russell City Grill to Fogline Bar & Grill and the bar has kept the name.
